2005 Lawsuit Information

On May 27, 2005, Prince William Sound RCAC filed a complaint against Alyeska Pipeline Service Co. with state Superior Court in Valdez, addressing the use of contract funding for analyzing oil industry profits in Alaska.

Resolution
This dispute was settled in late 2006. Alyeska dropped its claim and paid half of the council's legal expenses.
