NEW MEMBER: Sharry Miller of Valdez joined the citizens’ council board at its May meeting in Valdez. She was appointed to replace Lou Beaudry as representative of the Prince William Sound Aquaculture Corp. Miller was raised in Eagle River and has been active in Prince William Sound for over 15 years. She and her husband commercial fish there.
