Spill represents a pristine, snowy landscape with evidence of oil spillage.”

Don Decker is an Anchorage artist, writer and teacher.  He has 45 years experience in art and education and will be completing his third graduate degree in 2009. He has been an adjunct instructor in art at UAA since 1992. He writes monthly art reviews for the Anchorage Daily News.  His work is best described as mixed media.
