WAVE
Karla Freeman, Homer

“The intention of  "Wave" is to show a clean, raw and pure wave,  one that the spill  had  not yet affected. I made it in memory of clean water, lest we forget”

Karla Freeman has exhibited and instructed art in Alaska for 30 years. Prior to that, she taught at UC Berkeley, where she received her Master’s in Art.  She works in a variety of media with a vibrant affection for Alaska’s environment.
