Request For Proposals: Long Range Planning Assessment

The Council is inviting proposals to assess the Council’s current long range planning and project development process. The work will include research on current best practices for planning by nonprofit organizations; a review of the Council’s current planning process; a consultation with Board members, staff, and committee members; and a final report documenting the assessment and providing recommendations, if any, for improving the Council’s planning process. This work will be completed in 2021.

In addition, proposals should include a separate estimate for a one-day, in-person workshop to review the results of the assessment, solicit additional input from the Board, and plan a strategy for going forward. This workshop is at the option of the Council’s Board of Directors, and may be held in late 2021 or early 2022 depending on COVID-19 travel restrictions.

Submittal Deadline: March 5, 2021
