This report by Dr. Robert Campbell of the Prince William Sound Science Center. Dr Campbell has been analyzing data collected by the Council's two weather buoys in Port Valdez, looking for weather trends throughout the year and seasonally. The analysis includes direction and speed of currents and wind, wave direction and height, along with other pertinent information.
