Response Gap Methods

In 2006, the Council commissioned a study to determine the frequency and duration of any Response Gap that exists in Prince William Sound.

This Methods Report was the first deliverable in this study. The Council developed this Methods Report to solicit feedback on the proposed methods, data, and analyses that will be used to quantify the Response Gap. This report describes the data sources and analytical methods to be used in the study.
