The Council's annual drill monitoring reports track spill preparedness and response activities conducted by Alyeska/SERVS and the Prince William Sound shippers, as well as lessons learned to avoid the same problems re-surfacing within the response system. These reports are tools for contingency plan workgroups and are used in planning large unannounced drills.
