Proposed Approach to Downstream Planning for Nearshore Response and Sensitive Areas Protection Outside Prince William Sound

This final report includes a detailed scenario for a spill originating in Prince William Sound but traveling outside of it and along the lower Kenai Peninsula towards Cook Inlet and Kodiak. The council provided it as a proposed revision to the Cook Inlet, Kodiak, and Prince William Sound Subarea Contingency Plans.
