This audit report summarizes the results of an assessment of Alyeska’s application of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) at Alyeska’s Valdez Marine Terminal. The report describes the history and Alyeska’s commitments to RCM over the past decade and the current status of RCM‐based maintenance through the review of a statistically significant sampling of RCM Analyses performed at VMT.
