Vessel Traffic Services: Review of Technology, Training, and Protocols

This study reviewed the vessel traffic service (VTS) system in Prince William Sound. The goal of the review was to understand what constitutes best available technology in the field of VTS and how that technology, as well as practices and procedures, compare to those used in the VTS system in Prince William Sound.
