The Council is seeking a qualified contractor to build an informational GIS storymap using Esri’s ArcGIS mapping software platform. This storymap will convey the geographic focus of the organization in a visually engaging and dynamic way, serving as a public-facing educational tool that tells the story of how the Council represents its region.

Clarification:
Q: Are on-site/in-person meetings required?
A: Onsite meetings are not required. If the winning contractor happens to be located in the Anchorage area, in-person meetings would be welcome. However, we do a lot of business via videoconference, so for any contractors who are located outside of Anchorage, we would expect all meetings to be conducted remotely via videoconference. The meetings would be held during Alaska business hours, which is one hour earlier than U.S. west coast (for example, 9:00 AM Los Angeles time is 8:00 AM in Anchorage).
