The Council is inviting proposals for a project to review procedures and results of the internal and in-line crude oil piping inspections that took place at the Valdez Marine Terminal from 2016 through 2018. The final report will summarize the inspections; procedures; results; implementation of best industry practices; alignment with regulations; and if warranted, recommendations on performance improvements for future inspections.

Answer: Proposals are due by 5 PM Alaska Standard Time. If you feel that you will not be able to submit your proposal by then please contact Austin Love by 12 PM on April 3 and a possible extension of the deadline may be granted. If an deadline extension is granted to any one company it will also be extended for all others, and a deadline update will be posted to this webpage.
